All three show the same live data. Use whichever fits the moment.
METHOD 01
Tap the link in your dispatch email
Fastest · one click
The moment your order ships, you receive a dispatch email with a personal tracking link. Tap it and your shipment status opens immediately — no codes to enter.
- Open the email titled “Your order has been dispatched” from Surgimedex.
- Tap the Track your shipment button or the link inside.
- The tracking page opens with your latest status, ETA, and route map.
METHOD 02
Enter your AWB and email on the tracking page
Best for checking later
Lost the email? No problem. The tracking page accepts your tracking (AWB) number and the email address on the order — and shows the same live updates.
- Go to
surgimedex.in/shipment-tracking-local. - Enter your tracking number (AWB, e.g.
1234567890). - Enter the email address used on the order, then tap Track Shipment.

From your account dashboard
Best for repeat buyers
If you have an account with us, every order you’ve placed is listed in one place — with tracking links built in. Useful when you have several orders running at once.
- Sign in at
surgimedex.in/shop/my-account. - Open My Orders and pick the order you want to track.
- The order details show the tracking number and a direct link to the live status.
What you’ll see on the tracking page
Each shipment has a status banner, a route map of India, and a chronological timeline of every courier scan.

STATUSCurrent shipment status One of Order Placed, In Transit, Out for Delivery, or Delivered, with the latest courier scan summary right under it.

MAPRoute map across India A pin for every city the parcel has been scanned in, connected in order. Your delivery destination is marked from the very first scan — and turns green on delivery.

ETAEstimated delivery date Provided by the courier and updated as the parcel moves. Most orders deliver within 3–5 business days from dispatch.

EVENTSTimeline of every scan Each courier checkpoint listed in reverse-chronological order, grouped by date — so you can see exactly where the parcel has been and when.
Quick answers
The things most people ask before reaching out to support.
- I haven’t received a dispatch email yet.
- Orders take 2–4 business days to process before dispatch. If it’s been longer, email customersupport@surgimedex.in with your order ID.
- My tracking hasn’t moved in a day or two.
- Short pauses between facilities are normal. If there’s no movement for more than 3–4 days, please get in touch with your order ID.
- The tracking link in my email says expired.
- Tracking links are valid for 13 months from dispatch. If yours is older or seems broken, use Method 2 on this page to look it up with your AWB and email.
- I see two shipments for one order — is that right?
- Yes. If we sent a replacement, both the original (marked Superseded) and the new shipment are shown together. Track the replacement using its own AWB.
- Can I change the delivery address mid-transit?
- Generally not, once the courier has picked up the parcel. Contact support immediately — we’ll see what the courier allows.
- What does “Out for Delivery” mean?
- The parcel has reached the local delivery hub and is on a delivery vehicle. Most “Out for Delivery” scans complete the same day.
