It goes on easily and I have worn it for as much as four hours. I have also tried it for as long as 7 hours but I read somewhere that using it for far too long is not advisable. I am 82 years old and with this device, I can go anywhere and do pretty much anything when I have it on.
I realized that using 2 separate devices is much better and hence I bought 2nd one soon after I got the first one. Delivery was fast.
I use each on alternate days so that the padding can recover and can avoid getting fatigued.
It is much better than pads in terms of costs and in general too as I hate wearing pads.

Ever since my father underwent radical prostatectomy he has been suffering from heavy to moderate urine incontinence. He was using 3-4 pads a day and was doing his keagle exercise as advised. He showed some improvement after 4 months though but was still using pads which was very uncomfortable for him. So finally we decided to use penile clamp and it has drastically changed his lifestyle. Earlier he was afraid to go to places but now with clip on he can forget about his incontinence problem briefly. It is a must have for men with incontinence issues. I would however say that with daily use of about few hours you are going to need a new one after probably 4-5 months. So having two in your stock is a good idea especially for those whose are having massive incontinence issue.
