How do I track my order after purchase?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your AWB (tracking) number and a direct tracking link. You can also track anytime at surgimedex.in/shipment-tracking-local. Our logistics partners will send you an OTP via SMS before delivery for added security.

What is the return and replacement policy?

If you receive a product that doesn't match its description or has a quality issue, we will replace it with the same make and model — or issue a store credit for the full purchase price — provided the item is returned unused in its original packaging within 5 business days of first delivery attempt. Email customersupport@surgimedex.in to get an RMA number before shipping the return.
